LEE COUNTY, Fla. — From Pay-By-Plate to Quick Pay. Tolls around Lee County will transition to a new invoice system.

The tolls at the Cape Coral and Midpoint Bridge and the Sanibel Causeway will rebill travelers through “Quick pay” this month.

Motorists with unpaid Lee County tolls from Oct. 1, 2019, to November 2023 will be rebilled as LeeWay transitions to a new payment system.

The Lee Pay-by-Plate website, leetollbyplate.com, will be unavailable beginning at noon. Thursday, Nov. 9, until the new system is operational on Monday, Nov. 13.

Payment instructions will be included in the mailed invoices, or motorists can call the LeeWay Service Center at 239-533-9297 to obtain the new reference number.

Unpaid tolls after 60 days may result in a registration stop that does not allow motorists to renew their auto registration.

Motorists who use an active toll transponder prepaid account will not be affected by the invoice changes.
