A family member of the lost boy has been located. Police are continuing to investigate at this time.
ORIGINAL STORY:
FORT MYERS, Fla. — Fort Myers Police found a young boy lost in the area of 2841 Broadway Friday afternoon.
According to the Fort Myers Police Department, police have been unsuccessful in locating a home or family member of the child. The Florida Department of Children & Families has taken custody of the boy until a family member is located and reunited.
