The curriculum is informed by actual experiences and best practices, and taught by field practitioners. Experts will share their in-depth knowledge, valued by regional jurisdictions and CalRecycle. Building on hundreds of inspections of businesses and recovery agencies, Solana Center will present the most effective methods for achieving maximum food donation.
