Brooklyn wine bar Sauced is officially open on the rooftop of the Stile, and it’s already bringing in heavy hitters for its food menu. On September 13 and 14, Nawal will be serving Syrian comfort dishes including falafel, fatteh, and soujouk crisp. Coffee consultant and barista coach Jaymie Lao will be behind the espresso machine at a Darling Kiosk from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on September 14. Lao was the first employee at Los Angeles’s Go Get Em Tiger, before going on to manage the company’s retail operations. Long Beach’s Panxa Cocina is hosting its annual hatch chile festival on September 14. Look forward to hatch chile fare including hatch chile queso and Oaxaca stuffed hatch chiles, plus a hatch chile pizza from Speak Cheezy. Head to Dulan’s on Crenshaw for Kim Prince’s Hotville Chicken pop-up any Wednesday or Thursday for Nashville hot chicken sandwiches, fiery wings, and classic soul food under the same roof. Head to the rear patio from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and if there on a Wednesday evening, it’s spoken word and poetry night.

Roaming ice cream pop-up Gelino’s is serving scoops of flavors like Apple Butter Jeans, Challah French Toast, and Meyer Limoncello all over Los Angeles this summer. Check Gelino’s Instagram for the latest dates and locations. Multiple locations.

Walking Spanish, a modern Central American pop-up has begun a Sunday and Monday residency at Las Perlas in West Hollywood.
