CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Three Cape Coral teens face felony charges after beating and robbing a person at Cultural Park.

According to the Cape Coral Police Department (CCPD), the victim called 911 asking for EMS after being “jumped” Thursday, June 16.

The victim told police that he was jumped by three teenagers, later identified as 16-year-olds Zachariah Goswick, Noah McClanahan, and Zachariah Alcorn.

CCPD investigators said the victim was taken to a local hospital with significant injuries.

After beating the victim, detectives say the teen stole a cell phone and credit cards.

According to the report, detectives were able to trace the stolen cell phone back to one of the teen’s homes which they found thrown in a neighbor’s trash can.

Soon after, all three teens were found.

Goswick, McClanahan, and Alcorn were all charged with robbery, felony battery and obstructing justice.

The teens were transported to Lee County Jail.
