Two people are in custody after a weapons incident near a Surrey secondary school.

The Surrey RCMP say they were called to the area of 77 Avenue and 138 Street around 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

A caller tells CityNews they saw police officers with guns drawn in the area near Frank Hurt Secondary School.

Mounties say no injuries have been reported and there’s no further risk to the public.

This is a developing story.
