Uptown man charged in May fatal shooting in Humboldt Park neighborhood

A 27-year-old man was charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the May fatal shooting of two victims in the Humboldt Park neighborhood, Chicago police said.

Ronnie Henderson of the 4100 block of North Clark Street was arrested Wednesday in the 8500 block of West Bryn Mawr Avenue after he was identified as one of the participants in a May 9 fatal shooting of two men, ages 35 and 34.

The fatal shooting took place after 3 p.m. that day in the 1300 block of North Luis Munoz Drive, police said

Henderson was scheduled to appear Thursday at a detention hearing.
