The Vancouver Police Department wants your help finding a missing 78-year-old woman with dementia who was last seen near Granville Island Sunday morning.

The VPD says Patricia Wright left her home near Lameys Mill Road and Granville Street sometime between 3:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

Police say she typically gets around on foot and will walk for long distances.

Patricia has a fair complexion, blue eyes and straight blonde shoulder-length hair. She is 5’9” and weighs approximately 200 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, pink sweatpants, and multi-coloured running shoes.

Anyone who sees Patricia Wright is asked to call 911 immediately and stay with her until first responders arrive.
