LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Sunny, warm temperatures continue Monday in Southern California.

Los Angeles and Orange counties will see a high of 83 degrees on Monday, staying in the low 80s for much of the week.

The valleys and Inland Empire will warm to 94 degrees, staying sunny and hot throughout the week.

Beaches will stay cooler with some clouds and a high of 77.

Mountain communities can expect sunshine and warm temperatures around 82 degrees on Monday. There is a 20% chance of showers and possibly thunderstorms.

Deserts will be sunny and hot, hitting 104 degrees on Monday.
