Bridget Ahern is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working with clients to develop innovative solutions that manage cross-functional mobility risk. She is skilled in mobility, business travel, and remote work risk mitigation and program management. Ahern is a leader in EY’s People Advisory Services Tax practice, having extensive experience supporting companies with compliance as they grow internationally.

In the past three years, and in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, Ahern spearheaded and developed EY’s approach to helping companies build compliant programs around remote working, creating sustainable and scalable solutions for all shapes and sizes of companies. She has also helped develop innovative technology to help drive compliance and enhance employee experience in the remote work and business travel space. On top of this, Ahern co-leads EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year Greater Los Angeles program, which recognizes business leaders of high-growth companies.
