The Los Angeles Continuum of Care was scheduled to vote Monday on whether Los Angeles County should take over two federal responsibilities still held by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority.

Those are the Homeless Management Information System database and the Coordinated Entry system that matches people to housing. The roles are tied to roughly $239 million in federal funds.

An Oct. 13 vote already shifted the federal funding application and the annual homeless count to the county, as the city and county remain at odds over control of the systems.
